Love The Skin You're In!!



First off, you are beautiful. No person in this world has the right to judge the way you look or talk. Not even me. Being comfortable in your own skin is the best form of "cosmetic" you can wear. But taking care of that lovely skin of yours is what we are here to discuss about. You don't need anyone to decide whether you are too fair/too tan, too thin/too fat.

1. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate...

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water to let that inner glow show up in your face. This will help you achieve that glass like skin with an even colour and also keep you healthy.
You can glow your way in public looking confident and the best you have ever looked.
A good hydrated body and face is a healthy one. Ain't nothing better. Our body is similar to plants, the drier it is the duller it looks.
Hydration helps in flushing out all the toxins that is present in our system, which causes the dull and unhealthy look on our skin.

2. Eat healthy... 

Reducing the intake of junk food, would be one of the best decisions you have ever done, trust me on this one. Junk food/oily food is very unhealthy for your skin and that is one of the causes for acne. 
I am not telling you to go on a diet or anything as such but to be smart with the choices we make when it comes to food. Having junk food once a while wouldn't be of much harm. You can have a cheat day if it helps.
Apart from helping your skin glow, eating healthy can improve your stamina and be a positive change in your life when it comes to being physically and medically fit giving you the best of both worlds.
Increasing the intake of fruits and vegetables is a good way to keep yourself healthy. You can have green tea instead of coffee. 

3. Stress less...

Stressing too much is just a waste of your own precious time. Sit back and relax. Occupy yourself with something productive to keep you from stressing. 
A good option for you is to meditate or yoga. Stressing is just going to give you a headache, insomnia, dull skin and social withdrawal as well.
Surround yourself with positivity. Being positive is just going to make your life much much better. The best way of self love is being positive in your life.

4. Healthy sleep...

A healthy mind and soul is one that has enough sleep and rest. But of course, excess sleep isn't good either. You should be good with 7-8 hours of  sleep. It helps your mind to relax and recharge once you're up.
The time you sleep and wake up is what is important. It's good to sleep at 10p.m. and wake up at 6a.m. so your body can be exposed to that healthy morning sunlight. A good doze vitamin D for you.
Just like infants, it's healthy if our body is exposed to the morning ray for vitamin D. This will help you kickstart your day fresh and confident.

5. Surround yourself with positive people...

Now, surrounding yourself with positive people doesn't mean having "yes men" in your life but people who love you for you. People who really care for you and love to be with you. These are the people who will tell you the difference from right and wrong and also will be there for you at all times. Be it times of happiness or difficulty. These are the people who will love you for YOU!
