ALL LIVES MATTER Racism is all over the world, it's just that we are too blind to see it, too deaf to hear it or just too ignorant to address it.  BLACK LIVES MATTER The African-American race have been fighting for their equal rights for far too long. They have been subject to slavery, prostitution, robbery etc. They are the number one victims of colorism and police brutality. If there was a robbery at your society in which out of 10 houses, 1 belonged to an African-American family, you may say that all of them could be held responsible but somewhere in your head, you are convinced that that particular household might have more chances in this burglary. African-American's are always subject to "suspicion" and that's just sad. Staying Positive in midst of a Pandemic I know it sounds ridiculous but staying positive is the only way we can all stay sane during this pandemic. Staying at home can be tiring and can get the best of us but being restless is the last thing we need to deal with right now. After all we have got to maintain our mental health too. The question I get asked frequently is how to even start thinking positively when there is so much going on. How to stay sane during this crisis.  Well there are a few things we can do to make ourselves as well as the people around us feel a little normal while we wait for the new normal.
