Covid-19 has been challenging for all of us mentally. Many want to have a break from wearing masks but we have to understand that masks are our new safety shields. Many countries have a travel ban due to the pandemic because of which they are unable to travel to their hometown. The following troubles can take a toll on the health of many individuals resulting in restlessness and stress.  Here are some suggestions to maintain your mental health and keep yourself sane:   1. DIGITAL SCHOOLING With the pandemic era and education on the line, many countries took to digital schooling or what we know as online schooling to educate the youth.  It looked like it was a good option for a short period but little did we know that the lockdown would cross half a year. After a couple of months of digital schooling, parents as well as students lean more towards the downside of digital schooling when asked about the affects of digital schooling and whether it was something we should consider for a long-term even after the pandemic. This time the complaints were not from students alone but also from parents. It is not always that we see parents and students on the same page.
